A mock drill on fire & life safety was conducted by the school authorities on 21 April 2016 . When the alarm was raised the entire three storeyed building was evacated within 2 minutes. Students & staff members assembled in the school ground. All the safety norms were adhered to during this drill. It was a thrilling as well as an educative experience for the children.

The Investiture ceremony for the Senior Wing was held on 19th August 2016 in the school ground. The Principal, Mr. Bhagat Singh awarded the badges to the newly elected members of school council. He congratulated the students and expressed his expectations of fine leader ship qualities while discharging their duties . The members held their head high and read out the pledge. The programme came to a close with the National Anthem.
The Annual Prize Giving Ceremony was held on 20th February, 2016 in the school auditorium. The programme began with the ceremonial light of the lamp. The meritorious students of classes IX to XII were felicitated on stage and prizes were given by Mr. Bhagat Singh, Principal of the school. The school choir sang songs melodiously spreading the message of keeping the country clean as also celebrating the success of the students. Special Awards were given to twelve students who had displayed extraordinary abilities in the world of oratory, Art & Craft and Sports. The prizes were given away by Mr. Shrish Biyani, the Management Member. Earlier through a similar function held on 23rd January,2016 the scholars of classes Nursery to VIII were given prizes. On both the occasions students received the prizes amid loud applause rendered by their parents and fellow mates. The programme came to a close on delightful note.
Greeting Card Making’ activity, was organized by the school for the scholars of Arunoday – a need based scholarship programme, on 7th November 2015 in the school premises. Twenty one Scholars from classes IX to XII worked laboriously through three hours to create beautiful greeting cards .The scholars participated with great zeal. This event provided the scholars a platform to express their artistic abilities.
Hope Hall Foundation School students had a proud privilege to be a part of Nigerian Independence Day on October 1st,2015 at the High Commission of Nigeria, New Delhi. It was an opportunity to celebrate the long lasting friendship among the students of India and Nigeria through the platform of Hope Hall Foundation School. At Hope Hall Foundation School, students of India and Nigeria have developed an alliance which was evident through the performance presented by the students during this blissful celebration.
The celebration started with the invocation to the God. The choir group of Hope Hall Foundation School presented Ganesh Vandana. On the occasion of Independence Day of Nigeria, the choir group sent a message to the providence to shower unceasing blessings on Nigeria by singing God blesses Nigeria. The ardent relationship of Indian & Nigerian students at Hope Hall Foundation School symbolizes love, trust, respect and support which weaves them into a congruous whole. The vibrant team of Hope Hall Foundation School presented a dance performance swaying and tapping to the moves of the musical rhythm which was well received by the audience. The choir group presented a motivational song “Kandhe se milte hai Kandhe” symbolizing the feeling of compatriot sending the message of peace and love.
The High Commissioner of Nigeria H.E. (Amb). Ndubuisi Vitus Amaku acknowledged the bond of love and harmony among the students. He reiterated the commitment to the existing bond of relationship with Hope Hall Foundation School. The dignitaries who graced the occasion included the Secretary, Ministry of External Affairs, Govt of India and high commissioners of various nations.
