INDEPENDENCE DAY
It is true that COVID-19 Pandemic has affected all walks of life very badly however our talented students are ever ready to showcase their talent and to celebrate any occasion with positive spirit. Independence Day was celebrated with great patriotic fervour. National Flag was hoisted by the honourable Principal of school, Mr. Bhagat Singh on 14th August 2020 in the school premises followed by National Anthem.
Some activities were conducted for students of classes 1 to 12. Activities included fancy dress competition, painting and English poem recitation. Students of senior classes recited their self composed poems. Students of classes 9 and 10 were asked to prepare a short video of patriotic song or poem. It was really great to see the efforts of students preparing such tasks on their own. Teachers also spoke to the students on this occasion during online classes.
