Saevus Quiz- 2019
The Eco Achievers Quiz in association with ‘Saevus’, India’s premium wildlife magazine in association with Hemchand Mahindra foundation sponsored by Skybags was hosted by Hope Hall Foundation School on 7th November 2019 in the school auditorium to celebrate the vision of wildlife conservation through appreciation. Twenty two teams from nine schools participated in the wildlife quiz, out of which six teams namely Vidya Niketan, Saket, Mount Columbus School, Dakshinpuri, Mount Carmel School, Anand Niketan, Hope Hall Foundation School, R K Puram, Tagore International School, Vasant Vihar and The Khaitan School , Noida were qualified as finalists.
The programme began with a warm welcome of the Principal Mr. Bhagat Singh (Hope Hall Foundation School), Quiz master Danish Shastri (wildlife photographer and conservationist). The quiz master was felicitated with a memento and a coffee table book was presented to Mr. Bhagat Singh, the Principal. Later the Quiz Master conducted six wonderful audio-visual rounds during finals with questions based on flora and fauna.
Eventually, The Khaitan School, Noida bagged the second runner up prize, Hope Hall Foundation School, sector-7 R K Puram finished as the first runner-up and Tagore International School, Vasant Vihar emerged as the winners of the quiz. The winning teams were presented trophies, certificates and skybags.
