Workshop on Yoga and Pranayama

A special workshop on Yoga and Pranayama was conducted by Mr. Praveen Tyagi, Physical Education Teacher on 30th June 2023. The workshop was attended by all the faculty members. Mr. Tyagi started the session with the discussion on common lifestyle diseases and stress followed by physical activities which can cure maximum health issues. He talked about food habits and a healthy lifestyle which should be adopted by everyone. He demonstrated five Pranayams which must become an integral part of our day to day life to keep us physically and mentally fit. He also informed the gathering about the correct methods of doing these exercises. Overall, the session was quite informative.
